Most (nearly all) websites only list the room change and not resort fees and taxes.  Expect to pay $35 to $57 each night for resort fees depending on where you’re staying.  Aria’s resort fee is $56.69 so for 3 nights that would be $170.07 above the room cost.  Websites don’t show that.
